Technical project manager on healthcare data implementations. Eight years of professional experience; the last two on client data pipelines — working gap analysis and referential-integrity checks on inbound files, coordinating field mapping and validation with client and internal data teams, and supporting the move from one-off extracts to recurring automated feeds. Alongside that I build: a live 16-tool AI product with retrieval, evaluation, and audit logging, written in Python and FastAPI and deployed on Docker. I am early in the engineering half of this and would rather say so than overstate it.

- Inbound client data & gap analysis: Work incoming health-plan data files alongside client and internal data teams — comparing what was requested against what arrived, identifying null and malformed fields, and confirming records reconcile back to the member or claim they belong to before anything downstream is built on them.
- Field mapping & validation: Coordinate mapping between client source systems and our data model, and drive the validation and client acceptance cycle that has to pass before a program goes live.
- Automated feeds & data-quality exceptions: Support the move from one-off extracts to recurring automated feeds, then work the exceptions that follow — schema drift, unannounced code-set changes, and volume anomalies that usually indicate an upstream system problem. Escalate and resolve with the client’s IT group when their extract stops matching their own system of record.
- Regulated data handling: Operate under HIPAA-aligned requirements for member and claims data throughout, coordinating with compliance and security before data moves.
- Delivery ownership: Lead cross-functional delivery of post-payment implementations (Subrogation, Coordination of Benefits, Data Mining, MSP, ESRD) across concurrent client programs — scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and status reporting to client and executive audiences.
- Requirements & discovery: Run structured discovery with business and client stakeholders to map current- and future-state workflows and data requirements, and translate them into written specifications the technical team builds from.
- Internal tooling built: Built a Project Management Dashboard end to end with Claude Code, unifying delivery status previously scattered across Jira/Confluence, Salesforce, SharePoint and email; adopted by peers beyond my own team. Also designed an AI-assisted Milestone Generator that standardizes implementation timelines — Claritev AI Competition Winner, December 2025.
- AI adoption: Designed the three-tier Claude and Claude Code training curriculum approved as the recommended path company-wide (100+ active users against ~500 AI-tool licenses).

- Ingestion & indexing: document ingestion, chunking, and embedding into a vector store (ChromaDB / pgvector), with an LLM re-ranker that lifts retrieval recall on questions that would otherwise fall through.
- Retrieval & grounding: every answer cites the source span it came from or the tool abstains; PII/PHI tokenized locally before any model call and re-hydrated only in the user’s view.
- Evaluation in CI: labeled evaluation harness scoring against golden and adversarial sets, gating regressions in the build — 20/20 with zero hallucinations on the labeled set.
- Orchestration & observability: agent loops execute through registered tools under step, cost, and latency caps, with a human checkpoint before finalize and a full audit log.
